Few days ago MP Cooperative Society has released the recruitment vacancy for 3629 Post of Contract Jr. Salesman. Various eligible candidates filled application form for these Jr. Salesman post. Actually the procedure of the form submission was initiated from 14th of September, 2018 & exam was conducted till the online date 28th of September, 2018. More details about the recruitment are being provided below.
About Exam Pattern
As you know that there will be no Written Exam for Jr. Salesman posts. Candidates will be shortlisted on the Basis of Merit List only.
Selection Process And Merit List:-
As we discussed earlier too that selection process will be done on the merit. There is a provision to give 150 marks to the candidates according to their qualification.
1) 100 marks will be given to those candidates who have done 10+2 higher secondary (High School in scheduled areas). marks will be given through equitable process. (Example if any applicant has got 75% marks in 10+2 higher secondary he will be given 75 marks out of 100).
2) In Computer operation ability, diploma holder will fetch 15 marks and degree holder will get 25 marks.
3) Commerce Graduate applicants will be provided 10 marks separately on the basis of their obtained percentage in graduation. (Example if any applicant has received 68% marks in graduation he will be given 6.8 marks out of 10).
After you completed the process mentioned above and addition the marks (whatever obtained), a merit list will be generated. If two or more than two candidates gets the similar marks then preference will be given to the candidate who has received more marks in 10+2 higher secondary. If there will be same marks in 10+2 higher secondary, preference would be given to the applicant who has got more numbers in Commerce graduation. If there will be same marks in Commerce graduation, preference will be given to the applicant who older (Age) than any other candidates.
